Events.
On July 9, 2019, the board of directors of First Busey Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share on the Company’s common stock. The
dividend will be paid on July 26, 2019 to shareholders of record as of July 19, 2019.
