Mr. Dukeman, director since 1994, is President and Chief Executive Officer of First Busey, as well as the Chairman of Busey Bank. Mr. Dukeman also serves as a director of Busey Wealth Management, Inc. and FirsTech, Inc. Mr. Dukeman served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Main Street Trust, Inc. prior to its merger in 2007 with First Busey.

President & Chief Executive Officer of Busey Wealth Management
Mr. Anderson is President & Chief Executive Officer of Busey Wealth Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Busey Corporation, which provides asset management, investment and fiduciary services to individuals, businesses and foundations. Mr. Anderson has been with Busey since 1984.
Robin N. Elliott
EVP, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of First Busey Corporation
Mr. Elliott is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer of First Busey Corporation. Mr. Elliott joined Busey in 2006 and has previously served as Director of Finance & Treasury prior to heading up its Business Banking Group. Before joining Busey, he worked for various national accounting firms, including Ernst & Young.
Barbara J. Harrington
EVP & Chief Risk Officer
Mrs. Harrington is Chief Risk Officer of First Busey Corporation. Mrs. Harrington began her career at Busey in December of 1991 and has held various executive positions with the organization.
Howard F. Mooney II
EVP & Chief Information Officer of First Busey Corporation
President & CEO, FirsTech

Mr. Mooney is Chief Information Officer of First Busey Corporation and President/Chief Executive Officer and a Director of FirsTech, Inc., a retail payment processing subsidiary of Busey Bank. Mr. Mooney, who joined the company in August of 1997, has more than 25 years of financial services experience.

Robert F. Plecki Jr.
EVP & Chief Credit Officer of First Busey Corporation
Mr. Plecki is Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer of First Busey Corporation. Mr. Plecki has held various executive positions with Busey Bank and its predecessors, Main Street Bank & Trust, BankIllinois and Bank of Illinois since beginning his career in 1984.
John J. Powers
EVP & General Counsel of First Busey Corporation
Mr. Powers is General Counsel of First Busey Corporation. Mr. Powers joined Busey in December of 2011 and has over 30 years of accounting and legal practice. Prior to joining Busey, he was a partner in the law firm of Meyer Capel, where he specialized in serving the financial services industry.
Amy L. Randolph
EVP, PILLAR RELATIONS & CHIEF OF STAFF OF FIRST BUSEY CORPORATION
Mrs. Randolph is Executive Vice President of Pillar Relations & Chief of Staff of First Busey Corporation. Mrs. Randolph began her career at Busey in 2008 and now leads many facets of corporate services at Busey and its subsidiaries including: sales and marketing, corporate strategy and communications, community and volunteer efforts, customer and associate experience programs, human resources, training and performance management, as well as M&A integration and Busey’s project management services.
Christopher M. Shroyer
EVP, President and Chief Executive Officer of Busey Bank
Mr. Shroyer is President and Chief Executive Officer of Busey Bank. Prior to being named President & CEO of Busey Bank, he held various executive positions with Busey Bank and its predecessors, Main Street Bank & Trust and The First National Bank of Decatur.

Mr. Lykins, director since 1994, is Chairman of First Busey and a director of Busey Bank and Busey Wealth Management. Mr. Lykins served as the Chairman of Main Street Trust, Inc. prior to its merger in 2007 with First Busey. Mr. Lykins is also a partner in Armory Capital LLC, a private equity firm.
Joseph M. Ambrose
Mr. Ambrose, director since 1993, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Hobby, LLC, Champaign, Illinois, and has been since July 2008. Mr. Ambrose has been affiliated with Horizon Hobby since 2005, when he joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Ambrose was previously a partner with Costigan & Wollrab, P.C., Bloomington, Illinois. We have determined that Mr. Ambrose is "independent" under the rules of NASDAQ.
George Barr
Mr. Barr, director since 2017, is an attorney and the founder of The Barr Group P.C., a real estate management and development company in Joliet, Illinois. Mr. Barr served as a director, including Chairman of the Board, of First Community Financial Partners prior to its acquisition by First Busey Corporation. Stanley J. Bradshaw
Mr. Bradshaw, director since 2016, is the founder of Bradshaw Capital Management, LLC—an asset management and advisory firm serving institutional investors and charitable organizations—in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Mr. Bradshaw served as an adviser, including Chairman of the Board, of Pulaski Financial Corp. prior to its acquisition by First Busey Corporation. Mr. Kenney served as a Director of First Decatur Bancshares Inc., from March 1996 to 2000 and also served as a Director of its subsidiaries, First National Bank of Decatur ('Decatur Bank') & FirsTech, Inc. ('FirsTech'). He served as Director of Main Street Trust Inc. and Main Street Bank & Trust since August 1999 and March 1996 respectively.
